SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

​​SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

The following shipping methods and shipping costs apply to our online store for deliveries throughout Greece (VAT included). All products are shipped via BOX NOW and ACS COURIER.

DELIVERY METHODS:

  • Home Delivery: €4.99 / 2–7 business days (+2 additional business days for island deliveries). Select Home Delivery as the shipping location during checkout and make sure that the correct residential address is selected as your shipping address.

  • Delivery to a Pickup Point: €3.99 / 2–7 business days (+2 additional business days for island deliveries). You may choose this option and search for a Pickup Point that suits you by entering your postal code. If you have selected delivery to a Pickup Point or Locker, please note that your order may be shipped to the billing address registered in your Modellato account due to size, volume, or specific restrictions related to the selected Pickup Point or Locker.

  • Locker Delivery: €3.99 / 2–7 business days.

ACS Smart Point Locker: Please note that deliveries to islands require +2 additional business days.
You will receive an email and SMS when your package is ready for pickup, along with a PIN code that will be used to collect your parcel.

The package will remain in the locker for 3 business days. After this period, it will be redirected to the nearest pickup point for an additional 7 business days.

This service is not available for parcels with dimensions equal to or greater than 30 × 40 × 15 cm (maximum weight 10 kg).

BOX NOW Locker: You will receive an SMS and email once your package is ready for pickup, along with a PIN code to open the locker.

Your package will remain in the locker for 72 hours.

After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

This service is not available for parcels with dimensions equal to or greater than 44 × 60 × 35 cm. In such cases, the parcel will be delivered to the billing address.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME​

Our products are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after the bank payment for your order has been confirmed.
During periods of high demand, such as sales or holiday seasons, delivery times may be affected.
Deliveries to islands require +2 additional business days.

ORDER CONFIRMATION​

Once your electronic bank payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Upon submitting your order request, an automated message containing the details of your order request will be sent to the email address you have provided. All order requests are received subject to verification of customer details and product availability, which takes place after the order enters the processing stage.

At the stage of receiving your order request and displaying its content automatically, processing of your order by our company has not yet begun.

ORDER PROCESSING​

If all products included in your order request are available within the delivery time stated on our website, you will receive an email confirmation at the address you have provided, confirming your order and including all relevant details. Shipment of the products will be carried out according to the delivery schedule of our cooperating courier company.

If one or more products in your order are not available, or if a product becomes available at a later time than the delivery time stated on the website, the Company will inform the customer via email at the address provided at the time of order submission, in order to notify them of any modification, correction, or cancellation of the order.

If communication with the customer is not possible for a period of ten (10) days from the date of the relevant notification, the order will be automatically cancelled without any further obligation on the part of the Company, and a new order must be submitted by the customer. Any new order, whether modified or not, is reconfirmed via email sent to the address provided by the customer. This email constitutes the official confirmation of the order, based on which the order proceeds to execution.

Shipment of products is carried out according to the applicable delivery schedule of the cooperating courier company. The Company is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or due to the fault of the courier company.

Indicatively, the Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs delays, intermediate loading or unloading facilities, transport strikes, or other types of strikes affecting the delivery of products to our warehouses by our suppliers, etc.

In the event of any delays, our company will make every reasonable effort to contact you in order to inform you accordingly and arrange a new delivery date or the delivery of an alternative product.
